Rosemary Wine.

I've been utilizing my Herb Mama knowledge, and you can too.  Rosemary is an amazing cooking herb, with serious health benefits, read about some here.  I'm trying out something The Herb Mother let us taste.  A sauvignon blanc infused with rosemary.  In just 6 short weeks, I'll have some amazing healing wine.  She did tell me to pop the cork off once in a while to reduce risk of explosion, but other than that; it will be extracting in my fridge for the next few weeks.  I am so excited to try it!




Plus this wine was on sale, 50% of the profit goes towards helping the earth, so win! I probably could have used more rosemary, but this was all I had :(
