What Sonja Wore No. 10

You Guys! I can not explain how pleased I am with myself and this outfit!  I haven't posted a "what Sonja wore" post in a while, because, she hasn't really worn anything all that amazing in the past few months.  But this?  This is really a gem.

I found the Ralph Lauren sweater at Hissyfits.  It's actually a 3t but the sleeves roll up and you can't even tell it's "big" on her.

And actually, come to think of it, I found all these items at Hissyfits!

The jeggings are originally from Old Navy.
and the Shoes don't have a label {I bought them months ago, before they fit her and now look how nicely they match!}.

Everything is used!  I'm always pleased to find "new" clothes for my littles that are not newly manufactured {thus contributing to new waste, new production, nor new shipping pollution}

I also got a few more items and my mom just did some early Christmas shopping, so be sure to keep an eye out if you're interested in her fall wardrobe!

and that's what Sonja wore...

What Sonja Wore no. 9

This is one of my favorite current outfits and actually one of her's too.
Cupcake here is finally old enough to start telling me what she wants to wear.

And these shoes are usually one of them.  They're from her Uncle Danny and Auntie Janay's wedding.  She was a flower girl and these were her shoes.  SUPER cute right?!  You know I don't like anything new, but new shoes for a wedding as a gift from the bride and groom, how could I not love them?! I'm pretty sure they're from target and they have a bow on them which Cupcake here LOVES telling me about, "bo, bo, bo"!

I made this onesie a little while back and it still fits.

and the adorable ORGANIC cotton leg warmers?  a gift from our midwife when I stopped in to say hi!  She actually gave me quite a stash, someone sweet had shared them with her and she gifted some of them to Sonja.  They're made by baby legs.

The complete set.  Don't worry I saved the plastic to reuse as storage for things I make...

Happy Baby Wardrobe Documenting!

The back, I didn't even realize until I was taking this photo that they were Juicy.
Favorite!
Organic Cotton Pajama Set
Old Navy Pea Coat

All of these are USED! from Hissyfits.  Total Cost for everything was under $170.

What Sonja Wore No. 8

Cardigan; from Target, Circo Brand, {purchased last minute for a wedding this summer, when I forgot how cold San Diego could be}
Onesie; Circo brand I think, gift from her grandma
Leg Warmers; Hello Kitty design purchased from Hissyfits with Grandpa's Christmas fund.
Shoes; Toms

I LOVE these leg warmers because it's like having her wear pants but I can get her diaper on and off easy and they're great for Elimination Communication {when diaperless at home, she goes on the potty!}
And later that day..
... Outside in the backyard, almost naked, except for those awesome leg warmers!

Hope you enjoyed her outfit,
I'll be sure to do more of these now that I'm thrifting and making more of her clothes.

Happy Saturday!

What Sonja Wore No. 7

I Love this outfit!  It's a few special Etsy pieces with a generic onesie, and it makes me so happy!

I HATE covering this cute girls face with stupid "stickers" but I know it's important to her Daddy to keep her little face private.  You have no idea what you're missing out on.

Playing around the house.

Trying not to slip on the tile.

Skirt is a custom made gift from Ouma on Etsy

Shirt/Onesie from Target's (discontinued? They're never in stock anymore?) Little Seed collection, 100% Organic Cotton.  If anyone knows what's going on with these let me know.  I love them.

Want more of Sonja's outfits posted?  I promise to do more of these, not just for my readers but for myself, I hate that most of these outfits she only gets to wear a few times before she out grows them.  I like to have her well documented, living in them.

What Sonja (and I) Wore no. 6

We dressed up last Sunday for Easter and here's what we wore...

Cupcake's dress is complements of Grandpa and Grandgla (Grandma-Angla) from Hawaii
Her little Gpants are peaking out too.

I wore a Button up from New York and Company (a few seasons old)
Teal Skirt from our summer in London (can't remember the store sorry) I bought it and loved it but haven't been worn it much, I have to feel confident to wear it since it accentuates my tummy, ya know?
Shoes from American Eagle (2 summer's ago)

New gauges from husband, early Mother's day and Easter present from this etsy shop

.
Juicy Couture charm bracelet.  I haven't added charms in years, or worn it in a while either, but I still love each meaningful charm.

Button ups are a dress up must for new moms, those and at least one good nursing bra.
(Although, usually I just wear sports bras and tank tops)

Well I hoped you enjoyed what we wore. Happy Wednesday!

What Sonja Wore no. 5

Here is one of Sonja's newer outfits.  The shirt is from my mother from Christmas (she bought a few new items from Target and I didn't have the heart to return them).  The pants are from my Aunt and Uncle and I have no idea where they're from.  The BEST part are her booties, hand knit by a friend of a friend's mom and gifted to us from Alex.  I got them at the baby shower before we knew if we were having a boy or girl- we waited until her birth to find out!

Anyway enjoy the wardrobe photos, many more to come for ages 6-9 months :)

Seriously?! How cute is this outfit?

Well that's what Sonja wore yesterday.  Happy Saturday.  Off to the Farmer's Market :)
