Solar Powered Christmas lights? YES, PLEASE!
ok. so, I'm not a huge fan of Santa and chopped up trees, but lights? yes, I love those. I found these at Target and who am I kidding? I'm a sucker for anything marketed as green or earth friendly. Even though solar panels themselves are not good for the environment, I like the idea that the energy I'm using is something the object itself is creating from the sun. So I got a short strand of "icicles" and hung them out front. Plus, we don't have an outlet in the front so this makes it super easy and extension cord free!
