Nuna Night!

At the Phoenix Farmers Markets you might find a lovely woman handing out samples for Numa's Flavors and you might find yourself enjoying them.  A Lot.  (Like myself)  So, you might but them, and then comes the task of preparing a meal with your new purchases.  Well, here's what we did with ours:
I seared some ORGANIC tofu with avocado oil, so it was crispy (smooshing with the spatula helps express the water while cooking these)

When you buy two flavors form Nuna, you get an amazing couscous recipe, so we made that.
It has green onions, couscous, black rice, carrots, walnuts, dried cranberries, dried golden raisins and it is delicious.  You'll have to get the recipe from her though, she's too sweet to post it without her permission.

We dipped the tofu in the Asian Sesame Dressing, and it was delish.

Happy Nuna Night!
