Earl Grey Tea Cupcakes with Cinnamon Sugar Frosting

I can not even start to explain via internet how amazing these taste.

Cupcake Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted organic butter
1 1/2 cup organic sugar
1 1/2 - 2 cups all purpose flour
4 organic free range eggs
1 cup rice or almond milk
2 tsp. baking powder
4 bags earl grey tea, cut open bag set aside herbs.
splash of vanilla

Batter Mixture.

Frosting Ingredients:
1/2 cup Non-Hydrogenated vegetable shortening
1/2 cup organic unsalted butter or butter substitute
1/4 cup rice or almond milk
3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
few dashes of cinnamon
splash of vanilla

I'm not going to make this harder than it is:
Combine cupcake ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
Bake at 350 for 20- 25 minutes.
Cool before frosting.
Combine Frosting ingredients start with the wet items, including butter, beat well then slowly mix in dry ingredients.
Frost liberally.
