Sauteed Asparagus

2 bunches of Asparagus (maybe 40 sticks?)
2 teaspoons of sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup vegetable broth
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Wash asparagus, then bend, sticks will break where you would normally cut them. Cut the good half into 2 inch pieces. Heat oil in cast iron skillet to medium-high heat and add asparagus. Saute asparagus for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add veggie broth. Cover and cook until asparagus is tender (about 5 minutes). Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve. Enjoy.
