Spring 2012 Garden Update no.3

I realized I haven't shared much of our current garden with you lately, here's what it looks like...
The Lettuce coming in so well!
My wine box planters from left to right
Sage, Lemon Balm, Kale, empty tomato :( , onion, kale.
Rainbow Swiss Chard
Carnival Carrots! All different colors!
Some washed and ready to be cooked chard!
In the front planter; my tulips from bulbs came in!
Wild Flowers from seed in the front yard, even more blooming now!!
(bring the butterflies or save the bee mix, can't remember which one)
My front planter with organic fenugreek and organic spinach.
Fenugreek detail.

and that's what our gardens are looking like right now!
Happy Spring!

  1. Your chard is looking gorgeous.

And for your tomatoes, we had a lot more success this year starting seeds inside under a heat lamp than direct seeding. It's a lot easier to regulate the moisture, heat and light they need.
